Yardman versions

  • Yardman Online - internet-based on our secure dedicated servers, available anywhere, anytime on any device with internet access. Multi-user as standard.

    • Yardman can be specified with different currencies, taxes and tax rates to allow use in a number of countries
  • Yardman Desktop is now retired with a managed end-of-life in April 2025.

Installation and setup

Typically there is no fee for standard installation and setup of the service. We aim to get you up and running with the minimum of fuss; moving from a fully working free trial to a full licence is seamless. Bespoke requirements are costed accordingly.

Pricing & payment

Prices are very competitive - we aim to deliver real value for money

£1.75+VAT* per horse per month, starting from a minimum £75+VAT* per month for up to a 42 horse yard to the maximum of £275+VAT*

  • 'small' yards (42 horses or fewer) pay the minimum monthly fee
  • 'medium' yards (43 - 157 horses) pay the per-horse pay-as-you-go rate
  • 'large' yards (more than 157 horses) pay the maximum monthly fee

€1.85+VAT* per horse per month, starting from a minimum €85+VAT* per month for up to a 45 horse yard to the maximum of €275+VAT*

  • 'small' yards (45 horses or fewer) pay the minimum monthly fee
  • 'medium' yards (46 - 148 horses) pay the per-horse pay-as-you-go rate
  • 'large' yards (more than 149 horses) pay the maximum monthly fee

based on the average daily headcount of horses in your yard.

Add in the 'powered by Timeform' race data option, with a minimum of £60+VAT* and a max of £120+VAT* per month.

Yardman Online is billed on a monthly licence fee, payable by direct debit (or bank transfer for non-UK users), which includes all customer support, advice, guidance and future software enhancements & upgrades. We cater for every size of business.
